Okay, those of you who know me well know that I rarely drink. I consume alcohol maybe once a month, often less. I've never really cared for drinking and I certainly don't care for getting drunk. As a result of inexperience, I am therefore most probably a lightweight. Anyways, I'd been reading a website about gluten-free foods and happened to stumble upon a page about gluten-free alcoholic beverages. Out of curiosity, I decided that, it being the weekend, I would get some gin and try it out. So off I went to Tesco and bought a bottle of gin. They didn't have a small bottle, so I ended up with a medium sized one. I decided to mix it with some J2O (a fruit juice drink), since gin is pretty strong stuff. Somehow, I managed to end up drinking about 3/4 of the bottle of gin, and yeah, lightweight. I wasn't intending to get more than a little 'merry', but I guess I miscalculated. Poor Jei had to deal with me acting like a total prat for the rest of the evening. I was very confused, laughing my ass off one minute and crying the next. Actually, Jei said I was pretending to be sad and then pretending to cry until I actually DID get sad and start crying for real n.n; Go figure. I should work in movies. I know I spent a lot of time telling her over and over that I'm Tails, followed by "YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THAT IS" and "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND", to which I'm sure Jei was just patiently nodding and going "I know, I know...". Woo. And then I was trying to explain to her that a motherf****r is something that turns three times 360 degrees. Er. Yes. Embarrassingly drunk. I'm posting this mainly as a reminder to myself that getting drunk is RETARDED and that I should know better and that gin is satan. I totally didn't mean to get like that, but I'm totally open (and deserving of) to scathing comments about me being stupid and immature, meh. I'm just relieved that I feel fine today, good, even. (Btw Jei, was I calling you Batman last night? If so, I apologize.)

Date: 2009-02-07 05:44 pm (UTC)I also said that I "liked Sonic" and that "he's a nice guy." I did that a lot, saying all sorts of cartoon pretty boys were "nice guys."
I also blurted out "I wanna be a mother!" at one point.
So...yeah, that sounds pretty close to what happened when I was all smashed.^_^;; Everything of the top of the head comes out with little rhyme or reason.
I'm kinda surprised I never ended up shouting, I'M BLAZE THE CAT, B*TCH. Then again, considering I didn't remember everything I said that night, maybe I did, and no one had the heart to tell me.^^;;

Date: 2009-02-07 05:58 pm (UTC)According to Jei, I was very insistent and upset. I was all "I'm TAILS! You don't get it! That's why I made that LJ post! Why didn't you comment on it? That's why I need to get that tattoo! YOU JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!! It's IMPORTANT! *Wail*". ... am I glad that Jei was the only person around? YES. I was calling her Sonic a lot, but then I also started calling her Batman O.o "You're Batman! Hey, you're Sonic but you're Batman! *GIGGLE*" x.o
Batman is awesome, though. If I could CHOOSE a life, I'd be the original Robin, just to hang out with Bruce Wayne/Batman.

Date: 2009-02-07 06:29 pm (UTC)I got a weird flashback to Unleashed upon reading that "you're Sonic but you're Batman" sentence.XD "Sometimes you're scary, sometimes you're spiky!"XD
I can certainly understand that why you'd plan to avoid this in the future, but hopefully having this happen this time was cathartic and helped you let out some emotions that had been building up for a while.^^
