All the radio plays these days is r'n'b/garage. Ick.

(Hah, they just played a commercial on the radio for my college. That just seems kinda surreal... for some reason).

Grr. I'm impatient. 5 minutes to rip an album just isn't FAST enough! I'm ripping my two Linkin Park albums (Hybrid Theory and Meteora), and my Postal Service album (Give Up).

Hmm.

Tails is not an angsty character. At all. Yet Linkin Park tracks make me think of him, always. Why is that? I know I'm not the only one... I've seen plenty of AMVs for Tails using LP songs. Huh. Either way, I love Linkin Park... I don't care if it's angst-music XD; ::Balances it out by listening to Captain Jack eurodance:: :P

Aww, crap. I ripped 'em all to m4u instead of mp3. Now I gotta start over ^^;; I'm such a dunce.

Oh! I forgot to say. I went on JList the other day, with some of my Christmas money. And I bought... Japanese snacks!!! Pocky, Pretz, Collon, and about 500 others. I do this about once a year... just order in a HUGE crate of Japanese snacks. They don't seem to sell drinks anymore ;_; I still have my old Ramune bottle somewhere though...

I also FINALLY got those two Sonic t-shirts delivered from Gamestation. The 'Zoom' one is just so uber... I remember falling in love with it last year and Jei trying to get it from eBay and being outbid... and then how excited I was to see it in Gamestation just before Christmas... but then having to exchange it for being too big... and now I FINALLY have it in the right size (medium).

I keep getting told I look younger than I am o.o I mean, I'm sure the Sonic tees don't help ^^; But even without... heh, I was getting my hair trimmed not too long ago, and the girl doing it was asking about my brother, and she asked how old he is... I said 18 (he's 19 now, birthday was a couple days ago, but...), so she asked me if he's my older brother o.o; Wow. Well, he could be... if I was 5 years younger than I actually am. But actually, I don't mind. I _wish_ I was 17 again... or younger. And if I keep looking younger than I am, it'll be good for me once I'm middle-aged! Hah ^__^

BWAHAHA!!! Finally all ripped to mp3 n.n;;; Phew.

I never listen to the radio for that very reason, alot of the stuff on there these days gives me a headache, it isn't singing, it's people talking to a beat really fast (Not to mention it's overated)

Dragonforce, Papa Roach, they will never die as far as I'm concerned (Well maybe the members will one day but that's just being techical, XD You know what I mean ;D)

As for the whole Tails/Linkin Park thing, I've heard one of their songs "In the end" it actually makes me think more of Shadow, I know that's a bit of a sterotype but still, or maybe I need to hear another song. Any particular ones that make you think this?

(Oh, and did I mention how much I hate the "From ghetto to big time rapper" sterotype as well?)

"In The End" is a good track... personally it makes me think of SatAM and a post-apocolyptic wartorn zone where everyone is dead and scrap metal is strewn everywhere and Sonic and Tails are the only ones left ;_;

So, let's see... which LP songs make me think specifically of Tails? Well, Jei and I decided a while ago that "Faint" is Tails' unofficial angst anthem.

Well, it's about being trapped in someone's shadow, and wanting to become your own person... I think it could fit Tails IF he ever got frustrated with always being in Sonic's shadow and not being allowed to become his own person. I don't think Tails IS unhappy with the way things are... it's more of a 'what if'.

Well those are just two tracks, but really a lot more of their tracks fit too, or just have a vibe that I could associate with Tails... also, I think Tails would like Linkin Park music, even though he's not an angsty fox himself, I can imagine him listening to LP.

I dunno. That's just what I think of ^^;;

I hate most of Linkin Park's music, but Numb is one of the few I actually enjoy. Another good song I like and I think you should hear is The Way You Like it by Adema. Even though it's a little rappy (and I fucking hate rap), the lyrics are to my liking.

Rock will live on, as I tend to blast... yes, Linkin Park actually, out of my phone at the Bus Stop on the way to college. Which annoys all the chavs greatly.

I mean, come on! What sort of shit can replace the almighty genre of rock? Most of the rock on my phone is Crush 40 and Sonic tunes though. I'll admit, yes, I like other genres of music too (NOT r'n'b/garage or dance though. In fact, I hate dance and also some rap music).

And I'm actually 17 now, although I wish to be 18, as being 17 means you're one year away from not being a minor anymore, and I hate being treated as one. I mean, GAWD, I'm 17, not 7!

The only thing adult-ish I get is walking by myself and fully charged bus tickets (not that that matters on college days *hugs college bus pass*. I'm so lazy XD). Neither of which are that great (especially walking by myself, you're lucky if you can get from one door to the next without some chav throwing insults in your face here).

Uhh... crap, I'm rambling again. ^^;;
