My mom left the vacuum cleaner right outside my bedroom door, and I ended up tripping over it every single time I left my room. Basically, the same scene played out roughly every half hour or so as I went to get water or go to the bathroom or take a phone call or whatever:

Door open. Step out. CRASH. "$&@%!!".

Every. Single. Time.

So why didn't I just move the darn thing after the first (or second, or third...) time? I forgot. I guess I figured I'd do it on my way back, and each time just didn't get around to it, eh.

It's moved now though. My mom must've done it. I didn't notice at first, but halfway to the kitchen I thought "hmm, something's missing...". And then realized it was the CRASH "$&@%!!" that was missing. And thus deduced the darned device had finally been moved.

JAI R SMART :D

Me too ^^; I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached to my neck (as my mom always used to say :P)

Hey, that same thing happened to me, too! Mom left a vacuum cleaner outside my bedroom door, but see, the room immediately outside my room is the bathroom, so it happened both whenever I walked out to get something, or to just take a piss (we live in a crummy trailer, to explain). I didn't move it, for some reason... Mom did eventually.

I do that on occasion. ^^; So does my Dad actually. He still hasn't learnt that there's a pull-up bar in my doorway, right where his forehead would be. ><;

It's more stubbing my toe than tripping.

Nitch: We just assess pentalies to Packer-mook, regardless.

Ha ha... I get that a lot too. I unnecessairly trip over objects whenever they're in my way. When I don't, I do wonder what's going on. I've had a similair situation with some video box that was left outside my room. I kept tripping over it when I walked out of my room, and then the next thing I know, I don't and my mind goes "WTF?". They'd finally got around to standing it up, I'm just hoping the things not broken now. ^^;;

Aww... ^^; I hope it's not broken too.

I end up tripping over _everything_ all the time. I tend to drag my feet a bit when I'm walking or something I guess, 'cause I manage to trip over even the slightest of things, like the curb, or even cracks in the pavement or paving stones ^_^;;
