Heh! I don't think I've ever been called a pedophile or a pedophile-sympathizer before...
I got my first ever bone fide Gaia PM flame today. Classic flame, swearing at me, accusing me of being said things, and then blocking me so I couldn't reply to her PM to reason with her or explain the paragraph of mine that she quoted from the Extended Discussion thread she was angry about. Then again, I was in that thread (not my thread, but posting in it) basically defending Lolicon/Shotacon ^^; A subject that does seem to raise some people's heckles. Well blah. If some people want to fly off the handle into a tirade of four-letter abuse instead of engaging in intelligent debate, that's fine >/ And for the record, I do kinda like some Loli/Shota. But I am not in any way a pedophile, yeesh.

I've known plenty of people that like a lotta shota/loli pairings, and they're not pedophiles or support pedophilia at all. Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge difference, between that and REAL pedophiles. XDDD;;;

Exactly. I don't have ANY attraction to children at all x.o I like cute Loli/Shota characters who might be seen as 'kids' due to their supposed age and thier cute looks, but I see those animé worlds as being ENTIRELY different to our own. The thought of an 'adult-child' physical relationship in reality sickens me to the core x.o

Hee, people are hypocrites, and it fills me with glee, because they always get owned in the end! I am no pedophile, pedophilia sickens me to the core, but I do think that the term "pedophile" is used to describe people FAR too often, and I also think that it generates an irrational fear response in 99.9% of people. "OMG, shes sevteen adn hes eigten! PADOFILE!" Is pushing it just a little, in my opinion.
