Noooooo!!! I have no moneys ;_; and I don't live in the states. Life is cruuuuueeeeel!!!

It has been my mission for THE longest time to own that spinner. It would be the pièce de résistance of my Sonic collection. Never mind that it's almost as expensive as the combined cost of all my Sonic merchandise put together ;_;

Also, Jei wants it just as much as I do. So maybe some day if I ever get a green card to live in America ._., we'll manage to save up and get hold of it together.

Dammit I want that spinner! T___T *wails*


Also... SO hooked on "Dreams of an Absolution" right now - retro electronica o.o!! ... ._. ... but a little peeved, because part of the melody was SO ganked from Green Hill Zone ;_;

And finally, just so you guys don't think I hate EVERY new Sonic character that comes out... I actually don't mind Silver n.n I'm indifferent to him really. But the fact that he's kinda... dorky(?) makes me not mind him, y'know? XD So yeah. I don't hate ALL the newer characters. I don't particularly like any of them, but I can deal.

... wait, no it's not XD; One more thing. I heard that Tails is pretty slow in Next Gen... and that even Amy is faster than him :\ Yeah, Tails shouldn't be as fast as Sonic. I totally agree with that. But come on... he's faster than Amy. He's not slow ;______; *pout*

Yeah, I'm a pretty serious fan too, I EVNY that collection of yours (ESPECIALLY those giant fox tails Jei made for ya, those are adorable, I would PAY you for one of those, not that I'm asking mind, they were a gift, I wouldn't do that) but that's like, more than a £1000

I'd pay for something like, a 100 or 200 pound if I REALLY wanted it, but not beyond that really (I'm mostly into smaller things like plushies and such)

Even though I would really like to have certain things that are pricey, something like this here..even if it was something i'd really like, I really wouldn't buy even if it was incredibly rare etc.

People who buy such expensive gifts in America are also the kind of people that buy the PS3's on ebay for those incredibly high prices..meaning; incredibly rich millionaire's/billionaire's which America seems to have a lot of.

I hope you get it sometime, and yes I know you are a collector and all but to me this is just a bit too far ;p
I'm in a rather expensive hobby myself too though, WNF plushies...but due to cost I focus on the small ones mainly unless it's a very hard kind to get and I only just seem to find one.
A nice example is the fox plush, which is a medium size..rather then the small plushies I normally take. Mainly due to rarity :)

I know how it goes with collecting, but I guess i'm also a little bit of a cheapskate myself.
Otherwise I would have been crazy enough to actually buy the pinguin plush I saw at the Avifauna..
It comes with a cute small baby pinguin as well, and about the size of an actual emperor pinguin, perhaps even a bit bigger (and they are rather large).

Worst part is, the ones from the UK are either non-existent or out of my price range. x_X;;

It's big money, but back when I was earning £800 per month, I actually spent upwards of £1,800 in ONE purchase for Sonic stuff ^^; I have... a lot of Sonic stuff ._.;

Bad enough that Tails only has a tiiiny part in that game, but I can live with that. It annoys me that they made him slower than Amy though :\ But at least he's not confined to a mech like in SA2:B ^^;

As for Tails, Jai it's ridiculous how slow he is. His speed when he flies is great but running...it's terrible. Any human could run faster, he pretty much speedwalks with those two tails whirling behind him o.O

That price is horrendous! My mother doesn't even make that much in a month... ._. And if I still had my old job, it would take me 3 months to make that much, and considering I'm a smoker, 4 months. Okay, an exaggeration, but I need to quit. T.T

I really only liked the original games, I used to spend a whole day just playing Sonic&Knuckles with Sonic 3 plugged in when I was younger. But then I got a Playstation, hehe.

On the topic of getting a green card, I offer some advice that you probably already know. Become intimate with US History, because that's a pretty big part of it.

Yeah, it's pretty expensive ^^; Then again, a lot of the Sonic merchandise I'm after is. There's a small paperback BOOK going for $95 on eBay... it's ridiculous.

I agree, the original games where by far the best. Sonic 2 & 3 were awesome ^^ I'm old-school all the way.

And thanks for the advice ^^ I know I'd have to pass a citizenship test if I get that far... so... yeah. I need to get to know all that stuff. :)

Wow, that's a lot of money...but I guess it's not...too much? ^^; What freaks me out more is that it's as close as it is to me. Sure, it's a 4 hour drive, but it's still in the same state. Freaky, heh.

Wait, Tails slow? That's crap. According to the canon of old, he's the fourth fastest being on the planet, though I guess fifth now with Silver...and prolly sixth with Blaze...sigh. If I recall, when he was fourth, the order was Sonic and Shadow (I put Sonic first, screw whatever they say), Metal Sonic, and Tails. He worked damn hard to be able to keep up with his hero to a degree, which to my knowledge impressed Sonic as well - Amy should *not* be faster than him, ever. If this is more of their mentality of all hedgehogs suddenly being super fast...Screw Sega for that :(
