So... I... played Shadow XD For like... an hour, maybe.

Okay, first of all, it was pretty cool to have Sonic following around in the first level... but GOD his voice is so generic-hero ._.;; Bleh.

Second level... Knuckles, was it? Hi Knux! XD That was kinda fun.

Third level, AHH CHARMY PLEASE SHUT UP AND GO AWAAAAY ;_; I don't think I've EVER been so singly annoyed by one character... ^^; Wah.

Fourth level... Eggman... yadda yadda.

Fifth level, Omega. I keep falling down this one gap on the side of a platform, and it pissed me off enough that I decided to stop playing XD I'll probably go back later. I only tried that one a couple times.

Overall... I don't know how ANYONE can take this game seriously XDDDDDDDDDD Listening to the little starfish doomeye thing telling me which buttons to press and how to use various things... in his deep gravelly evil voice... just... cracked me up!! So... silly...

And Shadow is just tedious x.o I'm sorry, but the whole amnesia "who am I? I must find out!" thing got old pretty quick. That's not even a bash at Shadow... just that the game so far is pretty boring. Then again, I've only cleared four missions, and all of them on 'Normal'. Maybe it'll get more interesting later or if I took different paths.

So, score so far? 3/10 I think. Playable, but boring. Then again, I don't like Shadow, so I was never really gonna enjoy this game, was I? XD

The plot is OK until you've beaten the game all ten times (and that's if you don't accidentally complete a mission that sends you down the wrong path), and then you can play the final mode, which de-canonizes all but two or three of the plots up until then. The final mode's plot is... lame. You will come to despise the "evil gas." Trust me. Another thing that drove me crazy is the graphics in the cutscenes. SO BAD. I cried.

All in all, a semi-entertaining game in my book, but it's not replayable. Have fun!

XD; Shadow will be lucky if I complete his game ONE time.

Initially I thought I'd play until I'd seen Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. I've seen Sonic and Knuckles. I actually gave up caring if I see Tails or not ^^; I'm finding it SO bland.

But I have absolutely ZERO interest in Shadow as a character, so it's very hard for me to motivate myself to have any interest in his game ^^;;

I must confess I consider the 3/10 score just a little too low even for this game (I myself would give it 6, not very high but still higher) Shadow's character doesn't interest me at all, I think maybe the fact it's a Sonic related game actually saved it for me really (And hey, it;s only £8 on the Xbox on Amazon XD)

I must confess I wish the guns had an aiming reticule though, they felt so unfinished in terms of development, play a game like Halo or Half Life 2 and go back to this, you'll see what I mean LOL

Eh, I just have... no interest in it, that's why I scored it 3/10. That's a personal score, not a 'review' score. It only has 3/10 playability for me ^^; There's just... nothing pulling me back in or making me want to play more.

Ah well, no biggie anyway. I'll probably get it just for the sake of completing my Xbox/Gamecube collection of Sonic games and it's cheap price as well

One thing I hate though, are the kill all enemy objectives, they're just annoying >__< And I as I said when I talked over the phone with you that one time, the cutscenes can't be skipped it seems either

Yeah, the unskippable cutscenes bugged me too... coming back to play again, and having to sit through all that. Bleh.

One that especially annoyed me was the one before Sky Troops (One of only 2 really enjoyable stages in the game, the other being Westopolis)

Two of that game's stages were great (Westopolis and Sky Troops) but the rest sort of felt like Tomb Raider gone horribly wrong, climbing down polls, grabbing onto ledges, shooting and having no idea if you're bloody hitting, XD

I love all the other Sonic games save 1 or 2, and I'm definatley getting Sonic The Hedgheog (360) in January

I know, alot of complaints for a six out of 10 XD But hey, whatcha gonna do? =P

I agree with the 3/10 thing. I didn't really enjoy this game at all... Stupid Sonic can't make up his mind and he lies all the time. *twitch*

I disliked the sound track, too. Now I just imagine the soundtrack as songs by the Arrogant Worms. (I was playing that game and my sister was playing an Arrogant Worms CD over it. xD;; ) The song "What if Everybody Had A Gun" worked quite well with that game.

But overall... nah, it's not worth the buy.

You sound like me when I play something I'm not too interested in and/or expect it to be awful. I spend my time laughing my ass about it--looking for the "so-bad-it's-good" factor, you know? Even though I'm scarred after watching ONE episode of "Captain N: The Game Master", it was still fun giggling over all the corny lines and the parts that weren't even SUPPOSED to be funny (like when there's a 'serious' moment going on or someone gets hurt) and mocking it afterwards. My friend and I joked about the "mega annoying accenticuses" two of the characters had... it was just, oish. @.@;;;

I see ShtH kind of like a B-movie, or something similar to the "Mario Bros." movie: something that "could of been", but could not. Nevertheless, I find it enjoyable, even if I AM kinda biased and that I'm pretty much one outta a trillion who likes the game anyway. XDD!

Have you tried having Shadow commit suicide? Just for fun? :o That might ease the frustration a little.

XD I just can't get over the evil starfish doomeye thing following me around and nannying me in his deep resonant evilest-of-all voice ^^;; Sounding all serious and doomworthy whilst telling me how to break crates and create save-points ^^;; Hoo boy. And in response to your icon, yes, Shadow IS a dork XDDD clearly. Ah, I admit I kinda had fun playing, even if accidentally throwing myself off the same ledge over and over whilst fighting Shadow androids made me want to throw my console out of the window n.n;;;

No, I admit that Shadow has the memory of a goldfish. Amnesia shouldn't be that repetitive. ^^; You'll notice that in any Shadow fanfic I write, I make him sure of himself...? That is why. <3

Charmy's voice makes my ears bleed ._. I swear he's responsible for me repeatedly dying on a really simple jump over and over.

I'm sure your fics give Shadow much more character than this game seems to. See, I wouldn't have minded Shadow if SA2:B and stuff relating to that was the main staple for his existance... but this game just... argh... annoys me ^^; Oh well, what can ya do? I tolerate him more now than I used to - there was a time when I would NEVER have asked for that game as my free gift and I wouldn't have played it even if I was given it for free ^^;
