Wah... my mom just called, and it turns out she needs to stay an extra day, so... she won't be home 'til Friday. So, that's two more nights on my own. Last night was fine, I wasn't scared at all. But I've got to admit I'm incredibly lonely being here by myself. Today I slept from 1:30pm - 6:00pm, which REALLY isn't good for my hours, but I didn't know what else to do. But I know my mom needs to spend time down there with my brother and the house in Sutton to sort things out, because it sounds like things are a REAL mess down there. I wouldn't be quite so worried except... my mom also said the weather report mentioned thunderstorms over the southwest tomorrow. I think most of you know how I feel about thunderstorms. I am more scared of them than I am of probably anything else in the known universe. Just the thought of them makes me want to cry ;_; All that sudden loud crashing and those horrific flashes of light that nothing can block out... pathetic to be phobic of thunderstorms at 22, but that's just... how it is, okay? >P ... anyway, weather.co.uk isn't showing any storms... yet. But weather.co.uk tends to be wrong about things a lot. Just have to hope it's right this time and that the worst we get is rain.

Hey, if you've got this thing I've got, it's not pathetic (sp?) to be scared of thunderstorms, but perfectly normal. I wouldn't worry about it Jai, it's normal to be scared of at least something strange.

I mean, I have a phobia of the variety of people who hang about on the streets, smoking and drinking in their thousands as well as the people from my old school. So yeah, I wouldn't worry. ^^;;

Well, I'm not as bad as I used to be ^^; When I was younger, I was so terrified of storms that I would hide under my bed whenever the weather forecast came on, just in case. Anyway, thanks ^_^

I don't really know the area well enough yet to go somewhere by myself to just 'hang out' (chances are I'll get lost if I try finding the library or something like that ^^; eh), but I guess I could at least walk down to the pier and spend some time down by the shore, if the weather isn't too bad. Yeah, might do that.

Aww, thanks Bre ::Hugs:: I don't think any kind of phobia is pathetic really... afterall, if it's a phobia, it's gotta be pretty deeply engrained, and it's not something that you can just 'try harder' and overcome just like that.

Hey relax dude, I'm a 16 year old guy and I'm point blanc terrified of spiders, I really am. I saw a SMALL tincy wincy little one on my bed a few days ago and was frantic trying to kill it. So yeah, I shouldn't worry about being scared of thunderstorms at 22 if I were you

Besides, I've been down your place and saw how close you are to the ocean, I'd imagine a thunderstorm would be pretty loud down there with the waves as well

Yeeeah... the weather can be pretty extreme over here ^^; With the waves smashing up against the rocks quite dramatically, and the tide brings in a pretty strong wind... meep... if it storms over here, I'll be spending the majority of the day cowering under my blanket, I think. ^^;;;

Yes, that's exactly my point, you have a reason to be scared of thunderstorms (My IRL friend Liam is too, especially since he has to go out in 'em on a bike made of aluminium! But I can't think of many reasons to be scared of spiders, so...relax, I've got a more pathetic phobia than you anyday ^^;

It gave me Sonic for putting blue as my favorite color, switching to orange gave me Tails - I don't think favorite color should matter so much, heh.

If anything, I would have thought putting blue would give MORE points towards being Tails... he likes Sonic, afterall, and thinks he's the coolest thing ever :P So surely Tails likes the color that Sonic is. I put blue and still managed to get Tails, but I noticed that even changing one answer (just to see how close it was) cast me as Silver ^^;;

Queen Aleena is Sonic Manic and Sonia's mom in Sonic Underground n.n; I think there's something squiffy with that quiz, because almost everyone (40%+) is ending up with Aleena. o.o

Ah, Sonic Underground, the show I've never watched. Intriguing - and yeah, everyone's getting that it seems o.o Then again, not a ton have taken it, or at least, they hadn't when I was there.
