Ooo la la, ooo ya heya

flyboy_foxAh! I broke the bonds of my diet! SEMI-skimmed milk, instead of SKIMMED milk! A whole glass of it! Plus I ate some left over chicken rissoles... ;_; BAD Jai, bad!! But before I kill myself over it and submit myself to a week's not eating as penance (ha, as if I could keep that up! XD), I gotta remind myself that semi-skimmed milk is better than whole-milk, and the rissoles were GI friendly and I had them with salsa instead of ketchup :P And besides... after my evening, I needed SOMETHING comforting n.n;;
Yeah, tonight was kind of... interesting :P Jei was telling me about her Sonic and Tails sims in the Sims 2 Nightlife expansion, and I reeeeally wanted to get that expansion for myself, but as you know, I currently have NO money o.o So then it suddenly occured to me! The $25 AmEx giftcard Sull gave me (thank you Sully n.n)! Since I can't use it in actual shops over here (it's USA only), I can only use it online, so this was the perfect chance! Then it suddenly struck me... I had NO idea where the card was o.o My mom had helped me tidy up my room a few days ago, and since then, I hadn't seen it. THEN I suddenly had a recollection of my mom saying she was throwing out all the old Christmas cards, and I guess Sully's went in the trash with it... and of course, the gift card envelope was still inside x.x Cue MAJOR panic... the trash gets collected tomorrow at like 4am, and all the bags were already out front inside the big brown bin, waiting for collection. And so, there was I, running out in my slippers into the street, in the rain, at 10:30pm at night, armed with a... flashlight. Yep. I went rummaging through the trash like a... well... like a fox ^^; That's exactly what the foxes in my neighborhood do. I even ripped open some of the bags when I couldn't untie them (although obviously not with my teeth O.o), until FINALLY I found the bag from my room n.n;; Luckily, the bag from my room was mainly full of papers, wrapping paper, and coke cans... nothing disgusting... so I was able to rifle through it until finally BINGO! Oh joy... it was there! n.n;;; Mission complete! Ugh, but the other bags of trash smelt BAD. I feel so unclean ;_; Anyway, card found, I headed back inside and attempted to USE said card. Now, that could be another couple paragraph, but I'll spare you all. Amazon finally accepted it... but I'm pretty sure it's gonna bounce, since the amount on the card doesn't QUITE cover the £16-ish of the expansion pack n.n;; So now I'm just waiting for the "Your order has been rejected" email, and I'll have to try again elsewhere ^^; But all in all, it was quite an adventure n.n I've never been trash-diving before. I... don't think I'll be doing it again any time soon n.n;; HYGIENE!!

In any case, nothing a nice bath can't solve.
At least you found it again, though still hope you can find a way to cover the amount still left what the coupon couldn't cover o.o
Don't worry to much about the diet thing though, I don't think it did that much.
Besides how much in overwieght are you? I don't think it's anything in the really unhealthy/dangerous amount.
speaking of which...
Might want to try DDR, it is a very good way to have some excercise and thus loose wieght.
I shouldn't be doing it so much since i'm actually lightweighted...(though I eat enough..more then enough..o.<)

Not sure about that UK version as I never saw anything of it (nor know what version it was I watched/played for a while at a friend's house once), but it couldn't have been that bad o.o
And I thought DDR was very populair in the UK, to the point they almost have it everywhere.. o.o
Here in the the Netherlands it's quite the opposite, as they hardly have it anywhere..
And we only have two DDR machines in the whole Netherlands placed in two seperate arcades. (yes, the sad truth)
Though arcades aren't too populair in general here, so if DDR ever gets populair it will probably only be used at home. ;p
