Okay, listen up! If you don't want to hear (read?) a whoooole lotta griping, stop reading now :P

No, I'm not in a bad mood, really. Just... mildly irritable, maybe? ^^; And FAR too hot.

Let me start with that. It's too hot. Fact. The worst thing is my room is the hottest in the house. So I've been downstairs all day, and I'll head down there again as soon as I'm done posting this, because my room is a goddarned sauna. Houses in London REALLY need to get air conditioning. Tomorrow's supposedly gonna be up to 37C (what's that in imperial, mid to high 90s?). One time I'm _tres_ glad I don't have fur :P

Moving on from the HEAT (I don't tolerate heat well ^^;)... I killed my back ;_; I don't know how I did it, but it HUUUURTS whenever I make any bending or twisting motion, and when I walk, stand, or sit down. The only time it doesn't hurt is when I'm completely motionless :P Hopefully it'll fix itself before the end of the week ^^; I'm just a disaster this week.

And finally, the BIGGEST irk of them all... My dad is coming back on Sunday x.x NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! (Subtitle: DO NOT WANT). Gah. Gah x 289867673267. The greatest part? XD He called my mom asking her to send him £300 for the flight. He is such a hobo ._. So, my mom's in an AWFUL mood, because she doesn't want him back here at all, and she'd actually like him out of her life forever, but now she actually has to PAY for him to come back x.o PAY for him to be father to my brother for a year while he finishes his A level exams. That also means my dad will be coming here TOTALLY penniless... so my mom will have to send him a weekly allowance for them to live on. How lame. And knowing my dad, he'll spend it all on expensive wine, Colombian coffee, and jars of insanely-priced olives. But yeah, that'll be after the move. Right now I get to live with my dad here for a month :P Yippee-skippy-happy-days!

Oh-oh! I have one more gripe! Some dude saying "Yooooo! Bo selecta! Enta in da house, gonna t'row d'is beat down! Make some NOOOOISE!!" over a bass track with no more melody to it than, say, a car alarm, is NOT MUSIC. Music (dictionary definition): "art form using a melodious and harmonious combination of notes." However, the sound of a sledgehammer smashing my brother's chat-tapes to smithereens just might be ^___^

It's hot everywhere right now. People that left here are going to different places in the US and are winding up finding hot temps regardless. I saw a map of the US on the news last night and good lord, it's 90-100 anywhere you go.

Gar, on the heat wave. This is the ONE time when I'm thankful to be in AZ cause the humidity isn't bad at all here.

Lotsa people in America have air-conditioning in their homes though ;_; At least, Jei has air conditioning in hers. I envy her like crazy for that ^^; Besides, us weakling Brits are useless when it comes to extreme heat :P We're used to cold, wet and windy, darn it!

I don't have AC in my car. Well, I do but it blasts out hot air. *whines*

True, we Americans are spoiled by having AC's, but most people around the US are not used to 90-100 temps, plus with some of their humidity? Some places can be at 100 and feel like 110. *shrugg

Apparantly here in London tomorrow is gonna be the hottest July day since 1911 o.o And only a degree or two less than the hottest day EVER recorded in the UK. That's how unusually hot it is for Britons (like I said, we suck at tolerating heat XD). But hey, I'm not saying that nowhere else is suffering... I'm just griping because everything else is annoying me, and my room being an oven/sauna doesn't help :P

If I had a car with air conditioning (or if my mom's car had it), I'd seriously sleep in there tonight, even if it drained the battery :P Sorry your car's AC is busted :\ you seem to have to drive a lot, so that sucks, in this heat ;_;

Understandable, heh, I think the coldest place to be for me is outside, considing that the AC doesn't work, and the apartment is a sauna as well. It's a bit too hot to be in there right now.

*Kicks Houston*

I guess we should be thankful we're not in southern Louisiana. My mother tells me their average humidity is like the extremes over here :P That...and, come on - it's Louisiana.

Eeeeep, sounds like Jai isn't a very happy camper right now ^_^;; *huggles* I wish there was something I could do... but I do know how you feel about the heat; it's horrible here too.

I hope things get better for you soon; if you feel like you need to vent then I'm here for you big bro! :D

Yeah, the heat just makes everything feel 8946740578574 times worse :P But my dad coming home this weekend makes me annoyed :/ It's the day after my bi-plane lesson. He's not allowed to ruin the good mood of my special weekend! ::Grumble:: ... oh well, at least he's not gonna arrive on the same day as my lesson ^^

That's a good way to think ^_^ at least you still have your bi-plane lesson to look forward to! :D

Dammitall, had a response typed out and hit back somehow. Gah.

It's about 98.6 F, I think. Good luck with the heat =/ Not having AC is just...bleh. Ours has gone out some during the summer, and I know the result is just hell. Hopefully it'll cool down for ya soon ^_^

Back problems? With any luck yours'll be better than mine. If it seems so random it may just stop pretty soon though ^_^

About your dad...not much I can say. I know how his sheer presence via phone can get to ya, so hearing this is kinda....not the best. Can simply hope that it goes alright for the time you have to put up with him directly ^^;

Monotony != music. Monotony = Motor of a piece, and is simply one of the layers most pieces utilize. Gah, I hate rap.

Thanks Lunar ^^ Hopefully things with my dad won't be too bad... only have to deal with him for a few weeks, then it's off to start a new life in the country! I just need a straw hat and dungarees and I'm all set :P

Aw... I'm SO SORRY. Yes, I'm a United Statesian. ^_^ I kinda know how you're feeling. Like... I'm used to that same sort of weather you were describing. Cold and wet. And suddenly it's in the freakin' eighties and nineties. I just stay outside where I can feel breeze. ^^
My house doesn't have AC either. I feel ya.

... and still some people refuse to believe in Global Warming o.o ... there's no breeze here ;_; The air is barely breathable. But it's supposed at least get a _little_ cooler over the next couple days ^^
