Heh, I've had a headache aaaallll day and just haven't been feeling great, which sucks, but at least my mom and I got some great news this afternoon ^^ We had someone over to evaluate the house to see what sort of price to put it on the market for... and the guy quoted us £350,000 ^___^ We really thought we'd only get £280,000 - £310,000 maximum, so this is really good news. There's people coming tomorrow and Wednesday too, to get a couple other opinions, but anyway... my mom's really happy about it, and that makes me happy and optimistic too ^^

Now if the HEAT and this HEADACHE would go away... :P

Damn, that's a lot of money for a house o.o Looked around the same size as mine on Google Earth - is housing that expensive in your area? Meep o.o

London = expensive :P For the same price, out where I'm moving to, I could get a HUGE farm house with like 6 bedrooms, two outdoor workshops, stables, and 4 acres of land (no kidding XD the local property papers for that area are full of huge old farmhouses with attached land - I'm really moving out into the sticks ^^;). So yeah, it's a good price we're getting for our little semi-detached end of terrace house. Cost of living - and buying ANYTHING - in London is way high. One reason we're moving to the west country XD
