Wow, I've lost 8lb in six days, AND 2.5" off my waist measurement! And that's without starving myself - just eating healthy reasonable portions, resisting snacking, drinking lots'o water and exercising half an hour per day n.n I feel proud of myself. If I keep this up (and yes, I know it can slow down after the initial first loss), I'll definitely get down to my first target weight by the time of our Ireland trip ♥

Gotta go - on my way back to Bournemouth now! Can't wait to see Jei (: It's only been a week without her (as opposed to the many many months it used to be, way back when), but I've missed her a lot!

Longer update (possibly) later about the silly panto and other stuff ^^ Ciao journal!

When I say "resisting snacking", I more mean "resisting the urge to sneak downstairs at night and nibble, or going back to the fridge to finish off leftovers". I have three meals a day with two snacks in between (fruit or a cracker etc). I'm resisting snacking outside of that :3

Nothing special... just cut down my intake and exercised more. My metabolism, luckily, seems to be still be good, so it's coming off fast (:

Thanks! Yeah, water is a key part of it. My mum taught me that drinking a glass of water before a meal helps fill your stomach a bit so you get full more quickly and don't eat as much or crave seconds (: It works for me, anyway! And of course it flushes out toxins and stuff too.
