I'm on a bit of a Disney kick and I've decided I really want to play Kingdom Hearts. Problem? :P I don't have the games. Actually, I don't even have a PS2. My brother does... but... yeah. Since we'll be living 300 miles apart in a matter of weeks, that doesn't help much. Aside, of course, from the fact that even when we're living together, me using his PS2 is practically impossible. But Jei said next time I visit her, we can play Kingdom Hearts... so... yay ^^ Looking forward to that. Hope it's soon.

Man, I should NOT have eaten curry for dinner after eating that whole naan korma pizza for lunch ^^; My stomach is now very angry with me. Oh well, I'll probably go snack on Hobnob cookies and hot chocolate in a few minutes anyway. Because that is my tradition, and you cannot stand in the way of the traditions of my people! ... er. Yeah. I reeeally need to get out more ._.;;

August needs to hurry up and get here. I mean, the Summer will almost be over by then, which is sad, but... I'll finally get to move away from here, hurrah!! Bring on Weston-super-Mare and Somerset county livin'! Living out in the country will be a REALLY nice change from this suburban slum. Living close to the Cheddar Gorge and the Mendips and all those other great places... limestone caves... market towns... nature hikes through rambling fields... strolls down the coast... and Wales is only a stone's throw away. I'm only 1/8th Welsh, but still... it'd be nice to see Wales... it's supposedly very beautiful ^^

Also, I was looking at the houses for sale out there in the country... it's amazing what you can get out there compared to what little it would buy you here in London. £450,000 gets you a 5-bedroom mansion-like house with several acres of land, stables, workshop buildings... @_@ Amazing. I saw one that had two seperate workshop buildings and a whole lotta land... I was thinking, if I buy a place like that when I'm rich, I would DEFINITELY turn one of those workshops into a hangar and keep my bi-plane (whichIshallalsohavewhenI'mrich) there, and have a landing strip on my land so I can fly whenever I want ^_^ Whoo! Anyway, to put it into perspective, I live in a fairly small end-of-terrace 3-bedroom house, no land except for a little garden out the back. It's worth about £300,000. Out in the country it would probably cost between £50,000 and £100,000 less. The cost of living in London sure is high.

Of course, the downside is my mom will be getting paid less than she would have been had she stayed here. If she stayed here, her salary would have been £41,000 per year. But her wages in Somerset are something like £36,000, which is significantly less, with her being the single earner. £5,000 per year less might not SEEM a lot, and should be partially balanced out by the cheaper cost of living... but for the first year she's also still going to be paying for the upkeep of this house in Sutton, while my brother does his A-levels. So we might be pretty tight on cash for that first year. But then we're selling up this place and we'll get a decent house in Somerset, and by then hopefully I'll have found my path too, so it'll all be okay ^^

The only other thing that concerns me about moving to the country is bugs. ^^; It's bad enough here in the summer. My main concern is those horrible leggy spiders ._.;; They are EVERYWHERE right now. I keep thinking I see them, and sadly half the time I'm right. They're so big ;_; ::Shudders:: There'll probably be even more spiders out there in the countryside, but hopefully we won't end up living directly on farmland or anything ^^;; I do so haaaate spiders @_@

Okay, done rambling :P

I know, it's the worst... ESPECIALLY those long legged spiders you mentioned; they're just horrible.

Ah, you'll enjoy Kingdom Hearts ^^ You better play enough to beat all the secret bosses, hehe. They can be very annoying x.x

Hmm, you seem very very excited about heading out there ^^ I really hope you'll enjoy it. I can't really speak of any sort of experience, with suburban homes being my entire life so far, but it sounds like it'll be wonderful to be out there ^^ It's not like you're going to be 500 miles from a city or anything.

Heh...costs...get me away from any city of significant size, unless I'm in Texas where the cost of living index is surprisingly very low. It's amazing to see prices decrease as you stray further from downtown. Things'll be fine though, just keep moving forward ^^

Bugs...I really don't care for many :-/ We're at the time of year when all the male ants feel like blowing in from wherever it is they come. They just fly around and land on the house, the cars, and most annoyingly, the pool. Bleh. Spiders freak me out. Hell, I hate roaches. Their movements are so sudden; I just can't stand em ^^;; I hope you won't get too many out there. Remember, though, just carry a flamethrower at all times and the bugs shall be at your mercy. Mmm, napalm.
