Huh, I woke up to find two months more of paid time added to my journal. I can only imagine that either it's some sort of loyalty bonus, or someone gifted it to me (there was no name attached). Either way, how awesome! ^^

So... I've been slacking on updates again. I dunno why. Must be getting lazy XD;; I need to sort that out. Or not. I dunno.

Mmm... Jei and I had liver, bacon, black pudding and onions with mashed potatoes and thick gravy last night. It was godly. We need to do home cooking from scratch more often. Jei knows just how to cook the liver to perfection... and it's actually a really cheap meal because Tesco sells lamb livers for just £1 a pack! What a bargain.

I have two assignments due for December 7th now, so I really do need to get a move on with them. One is for Web Development, and the other is for Computer Systems 2. I also really need to revise for the Cisco Networking Academy exam we have after Xmas and the Networking practical. Eugghh networking. While I admittedly love binary and hex conversion and even have a soft spot for subnetting, I really can't be bothered with all the cables. I'm really more of a software person, I think. Although I did enjoy dismantling and reassembling PCs in our Comp Sys lab last week. Maybe it's just network cables that I have a problem with. Goddamn twisted pairs. If I have to make one more UTP cable I think I will scream :( (There is some joy to be had, however, when you test a cable you've just finished making and it works.)

I can't wait 'til next semester (I wish they called them 'terms' :P) when we have our second Web Dev. That's when we'll be combining our Programming (Java) module, I guess, to make websites for whatever we choose. Mine won't be Sonic-based at all... oh no >_>

Well, the £217 I won is mostly (well, half) gone XD Jei and I collect Obitsu and Volks dolls to make various characters, and we just bought two more; one for human Rotor and one for human Meowth (Jessie and James will be next). So far we have: human Sonic, human Tails, human Sally, human Knuckles, human Amy, human Bunnie, human Antoine, Dick Grayson (Robin), Bruce Wayne (Batman), Alfred the butler, Jim Mack (from At Swim, Two Boys), Doyler Doyle (AS,TB), a baby girl called Max and a baby boy called Henri. Phew, large cast! Maybe I'll take pictures some time. They're all really cool XD Jei's awesome with painting the faces and sculpting the hair ^^

I'm gonna sell my iPod nano 30GB and my Sony Ericsson K800i on eBay now that I have an iPhone that does the work of both. I also still have some Pokémon goodies (doujins, plushies, cards etc) to sell, so I'll try to get them up soon. I dunno how much they'll fetch, but every little helps!

Welp, no classes 'til 3pm today (whoot!), so I'mma go play Animal Crossing for a bit then maybe have some breakfast and take a shower. C-ya later!

I think it's pretty neat that you're talking about ball-jointed dolls again. I can't see myself ever being able to competently sculpt anything in my lifetime, but it might fun to paint one of those snap-together action figure models some day.
