OH HAI GUYS :DDD

Router finally showed up at 8.30am this morning. Never mind that it was SUPPOSED to arrive last Friday D: But it's here now, and speedy wireless broadband WHEE.
So, where to start? SO much has happened in the past few weeks. Jei and I are living in our new apartment and it is SO nice. We've really personalised it, and we've been having lots of fun putting together bookcases and desks etc :3 Flyboy likes building things. Even if it kills my weak hands. Blisters, ugh.
The kitchen is lovely, except for the fact that the light makes a terrifying "BZZZZZT!" sound every time it comes on ^^; Oh, and I think I've been spoiled by having a washer-dryer at my family home, because I'm not getting used to using clothes racks to air clothes dry. I keep leaving them in the airing closet and forgetting they're there. Oh well.
The bedroom is real nice too. The bed is lovely and big and comfy, good for both cuddling with Jei and sprawling ^^
The bathroom is a good size, too. The shower's not awful, but could do with being a little stronger. The water heats up fast though, which is great.
The living room is really nice. It's big and airy and light, because the window takes up almost the whole wall. There's a really nice couch and table, and now we have a desk and TV stand too. When we're done with all our woodworking, we'll have a bookcase and media tower too. Sonic and Batman posters abound!
Meyrick Park is a really nice place to live, anyway. It's really close to the town and about a 30 minute walk from my college. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, but it feels like it's higher because it's above the garages.
I'll make a locked post later with my new address and my cell-phone number if anyone would like 'em :3
I'm really enjoying the Computing degree I'm doing ^^ I'm so glad I decided to change from Computing/Psychology to just pure Computing. It's much more my thing. The tutors are all really good and the course is a really great mix of theory and practical. This year I have: Computer Systems, Web Development, Programming, Networking Fundamentals and Databases. Drool.
Oh, and I finally got a DAB radio! Late or what? XD
