I was raised in Wimbledon, near the world famous Wimbledon Tennis Courts (strawberries and cream anyone?), so I guess I picked up a rather 'proper' way of speaking ^^; When we moved to Sutton, my brother was still very young and so he picked up the local South London chav dialect and accent ("Am I bovvered? Just kotching at my place, blud. A'ight."). But I kept my proper Queen's English and my 'posh' English accent. So I got teased a lot by the local kids... because of my 'proper' way of speaking and the fact that my skin is rather Mediterranean-looking, they nicknamed me "the Posh Greek" XD I'm not Greek, and I'm certainly not posh... but there you go.

I think your voice is very cute, but it's a different kind of cute then when I'm reading your writing. When I hear you speak, you sound calm and reserved, but when I read your writing, you sound very bouncy and energetic.^^

I guess I can seem pretty serious 'IRL' ^^; It seems to be easier to let go online. Although if I'd recorded a voice post right after I got that apartment deal sealed, I'm pretty sure it would have sounded like this:
