flyboy_fox^^; Hoo boy... I apologise sincerely to anyone I worried with that last entry. I didn't expect people to get so concerned... the only reason I blocked comments on that entry was because I didn't want people to speculate on who I was annoyed with and/or start a bitch-fest in the comments if anyone who knew posted. But thanks those who PMed me... you guys are awesome ^_^
I'm excited! :P Got my ONM magazine today, and in an interview with Masahiro Sakurai (leader of the Smash Bros. projects), one of the questions was "Will there be other non-Nintendo characters in Brawl?", and the reply was, "A lot of people have been interested in the introduction of other characters into the Smash Bros. game and Sonic has been brought up a number of times. (...)" The fact that he mentioned Sonic gives me hope. Hope hope hope. I've pretty much given up on Tails being in there, but if Sonic gets in by himself, I'll still be _more_ than happy ^^ There was also a tasty comparisson shot showing the graphics quality between SSBM and SSBB... and there's a world of difference. So anyone who thinks the Wii's graphics are going to be no better than GameCube's is DEAD WRONG :P ... yeah, I know the Wii's graphical capabilities are inferior to PS3 and 360, but still, they're plenty good enough. As long as the graphics are _good_, they don't need to be spectacular as long as the games are worth playing ^^
Random link <-- Live action Mario rap XD I used to watch that show when I was younger, and I used to love it. I admit it >.>;; The cartoon itself was good, and the live actors in the intro and ending just cracked me up every time. Hurrah for Mario!
And, hum. I'm out of stuff to say. I need to get down to Games XChange tomorrow and sell of a few more games to get some cash to pay for a couple things on eBay (provided I win the second one ^^; first's already mine though... but £18 for a little plastic cake ornament? Yeeeeah, I must be insane ^^ Whee.). So, Games XChange, then the bank, then home to protect my bid. I should get at least £30 for the games... possibly more if I decide to sell Donkey Konga 2 + Bongos. Got the game for free with my ONM subscription, so it won't be a profit loss XD
Oh, and seriously, does anyone play Zoo Keeper DS? What's your High Score for the 6 minute mode? 'Cause I can't find ANY high score charts online, and I'm pretty sure my high score kicks butt :P ... sad to be good at a game that no one else plays x.o

Date: 2006-06-06 03:56 am (UTC)All the people bashing Wii for graphics are silly. It is not "barely better" than the cube's. As said, it's not as huge an upgrade as the other consoles are sporting, but it's there. Check the differences between Mario's denim for a good example of this. Him mentioning Soninc is a really great thing ^_^ Looks like Megaman is at the top of the list for other playable characters in the Japan poll, as well as many that we wouldn't know.
I haven't clicked that link yet, but I remember it if I'm thinking of the same thing you typed. The Super Mario Brothers Super Show! Hey Paisanos!
Hope ya get some good money for the games :D Konga can be fun, but it's probably worth a decent amount too ;)
One day, once I have money, I'll get Zoo Keeper and get a score so you'll have something to laugh at ;) I'll keep my eyes out for any charts

The comparisson pic I saw showed Link in SSBM and then him again in SSBB... the textures are definitely much more refined... the materials look much more like materials... the light and shadowing is much more realistic. It's a definite improvement ^^
