Someone got hold of my PayPal details and just fucked me out of $997 (almost £700). They took $2 as a 'test' purchase, then they bought 3 Gaiaonline accounts with 240,000,000 Gaia gold.

PayPal can't do jack all until tomorrow 'cause their lines close at 10pm, but shit. Changed my password and security questions, but it's a little late now! God dammit.

I'm confident that I'll be able to get the money back, but as of right now... just DAMN.

Remember when me and my husband got jacked out of nearly $2,000? PayPal did pay us back since we met the 'report it in ten (12?) days thing'. You should be able to get your money back. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I'm pretty sure that the reason he/she spent it on Gaia accounts with large amounts of gold is because it didn't require a shipping account, therefore he/she can't be traced via where the 'item' was shipped to. And doubtless, his/her plan is to then sell the accounts off again at a profit x.x
