On Christmas shopping last month D:

The words "oh" and "crap" spring to mind.

I think my wallet needs these anti-depressants more than I do :\ ::Whispers soothing words to it::

(... also, two weeks off work = no pay for two weeks = ... ._.;;)

Eeeek. I've had similar things happen, but not with that much money! The dollar is weeeeeaaaak. You can get it to level out! It'll just take a while. And a lot of belt-tightening.

I work 40 hours per week in a city which is almost a 2-hour commute from home as it is. I think the long-ish hours and insane train journey (I hate crowded trains, especially when they're regularly laaaate) is part of why I kinda... blew a fuse and fizzled out recently ^^;; So I dunno about looking for even more work. But I am looking for work closer to home. That would help with money too, as the trains cost me near enough £50 per week x.o Which is like, a third of my money gone on just getting to work :P But I could probably get some extra cash by selling some of my less-needed collectors items/merchandise/random crud on eBay. Yep. Worth a try anyway!

I can pay it all off in one go, which is good 'cause it means I won't have to pay interest on it. But it'll leave me with only a small amount of money left in my account, and of course I'm off work for two weeks so I'm not earning... Bah.
