I got the job! I start on Monday! o.o Holee crap.
The interview was about 45 minutes, and I had to answer a ton of questions, fill in a quiz testing my I.T. knowledge andspeelin spelling, and then answer some more questions from a different person. There were loads of people before me and they were running late because of how many people there were, plus they were interviewing all day yesterday too... so I didn't think I stood a chance in heck o.o But I was only on my way home from the interview when CIP Recruitment called me and said that they got a call saying I interviewed REALLY well and they want me to start on Monday. I'm... kinda still in shock ^^;
So basically I'm working for Fujitsu, supporting Lloyds TSB. I'm a... Technical Service Agent. There we go (had to look it up). 40 hours per week, so full time. More hours than PC World and MUCH better pay.
I really wasn't expecting to get it, and ESPECIALLY not so quickly. WOO I'M AN I.T. TECH SUPPORT PERSON YAY. ... Jai shuts up now XD;

Could you give some examples, please?
I had actually two tests in F.Services. First - English test composed of two parts: a technical text about Bluetooth and several questions/statements related to the text on which I had to choose if they are `True` or `False`; and second text was about computer viruses and the task was `fill in the blank` with 20 missed words.
Second test - large IT test in English on MS Windows, MS Exchange, Networking and Unix topics. I have answered almost nothing on the firts two topics.
Some questions from there:
1. "how many subnets and hosts per subnet in 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.240?",
2. "how to get formatted content of /var/log/wtmp? (unix)",
3. "on what group should we add a new user to let him logon to the domain(win)?",
4. "what does OU stands for?",
5. "how to know whether tcp/ip is installed and working properly(win)?",
6. "what source will be used for ping 127.0.0.1 command(unix)?",
7. "what file stores the data about remotely mounted file systems(unix)?",
8. "how to get a list of mounted FSs, locations where they are mounted, from where they are mounted, used and free disk space on it,... using one command(unix)?",
9. "how to get filesizes for files in current directory (unix)?",
10. "what `awk -F: '{print $3}' < /etc/passwd` command does (unix)?",
11. "where can you look at the list of ports and the services that normally work on them (unix)?",
12. "if there is a x on the second field of /etc/passwd, then where passwords are located?",
13. "what does MTA stands for?",
14. "what does SMTP?",
15. "what does administrator entering the following command: `telnet localhost 25`?",
16. "what tool is used for adding mailbox (e-mail) to user's account (win)?",...
Many questions about MS AD.
