excuse me wtf r u doin?

To be precise, I seem to be going through a migraine cluster period. That is, I'm having about two per week, and it's totally draining me dead. Worst was the one on Thursday, my last day of work for the week. It hit me on the way home, as soon as I relaxed. By the time I got home, I literally could not see anything... there was just a huge shimmering zigzagging gash across my entire vision, like a massive rip. I went to bed immediately at 6pm and slept right through til 8am Friday. I was supposed to go bowling with my work colleagues on Friday evening, but I felt like shite so I didn't go, bleh.
I did go to the doctor on an emergency appointment, but he just prescribed me Zolmitriptan tablets x.o I want to talk to someone who can help me find out why I'm getting migraine headaches so often, not just giving me drugs to take if I have one x.x
Also went to the dentist and got referred to the orthodontist because apparently there's something pretty whack with my jaw. I'm sure I blogged a while back about how my jaw isn't properly aligned, but apparently it's kinda serious and needs urgent attention now that I'm old enough that my jaw isn't growing anymore. It's possible that my jaw might even be a cause for the migraines, due to muscle strain and tension etc. So I may have to have that surgery after all. Great :D Hah.
Yeah, basically, not having the best of times. But yanno how it is. Life is ups and downs, that's just how it goes. A few positive things however:
* Jei might be able to study at the Arts Institute of Bournemouth next year ^^ It's in the SW of England, about 2 hours from me, so we'd get to see each other pretty often even though we wouldn't exactly be neighbors. And there's always the chance that I could be transfered to a PC World nearer to her :) So, we're looking into that option!
* I finally got New Super Mario Bros. for DS ^^ It's fun! I got it yesterday and I've been playing it a bit today. I'm halfway through World 3 so far, as well as having fun with the 1-player minigames.
* I got around to reading issue #178 of Archie in full. I have to say that Amadeus Prower is (to quote Jei) probably the sanest character the Archie comics have seen in a loooong while. Seriously! The guy actually DOES have the right idea. Okay so maybe leading an angry rebellion out of nowhere wasn't the best way to make a point, but he does seem to understand that the monarchy is HORRIBLY outdated and inefficient, and that it was the kids, the Freedom Fighters, who actually made a real difference out there, and that their experiences do actually count for something! I will be very annoyed if Amadeus is portrayed to be a badguy in the conclusion, because I think he's the most intelligent and insightful adult cast-member we've had so far. Also, seeing Tails beating up Sonic was actually strangely cathartic n.n; Archie-Sonic's really had it coming... and Tails literally floors him, twice, in the space of a couple pages XD Here's hoping #179 won't suck TOO horribly.
* Jei and I have this awesome RP going that's just... gah... I love it so much ^___^ Whee!
In other news, I'm going to try to get Friday and Saturday off work next week because my mom has to go back to London on that weekend to finish clearing out the flat, and she could use my help.
Aaand, I just spent $6 on the latest issue of Play (online), then spent about half an hour bypassing the anti-copy/paste software by typing up the two page article by hand to post at SSMB so the folks there can read about Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity, the supposed sequel to Sonic Riders. Naturally I am now tired :D So, to bed I go!
