flyboy_foxHmm, my computer is making a most unhealthy rattling noise O.o It's been complaining about chip fan failure for quite some time now, but I've just been ignoring it because I have no money to fix it. But now it's starting to sound like it's going to explode, so I'm thinking maybe I should do something o.o
Anyway, wow, has it really been a week since I posted anything? I'm pretty sure I haven't posted since before my training started. Well, the week went fine. It was pretty intensive, but very interesting, plus we're being paid to do it. And on the last day we were paid to 'look at products' and 'celebrate our hard work', which roughly translates to 'play video games' and 'drink beer' :D So it wasn't all bad.
I'm exhausted though. I've been plagued by migraines all week and over the weekend, and I'm just not getting sleep. Jei being away (she's been gone since Wednesday but she'll be back by tomorrow) has been difficult given that she's always been my staunchest support when I'm scared and starting something new. But her reasons for being away mean that she's been dealing with a lot of stuff too, and she's been emailing me as often as she can, so I can't fault her at all. She's been amazing, and I can't wait to actually get to talk to her again properly when she gets home n.n
So, tomorrow I start in-house job-training at the PC World in Bristol Cribb's Causeway n.n; It's the biggest one in the West of England, and it's a fair journey to get there and back. To say I'm terrified is putting it mildly. But I suppose being thrown straight in the deep end IS the most effective way to learn.
I need to post/rant about Archie Sonic again XD
Sonic (about Tails, after Sonic threw Tails' dad in jail): "I know you're his real family, but he grew up with me. Heck, the kid worships me. He'll get over it."
Wow, Sonic XD Just when I thought he couldn't be any more of an insensitive asshat. It was bad enough that he totally brushed off Nicole's concerns earlier when Tails was crying (and yes, it bothers me how much Tails has been crying lately and relying on his parents x.o), but the comics seem to REALLY be driving a wedge between them.
And right after that, Tails punches Sonic hard enough to knock him into the wall and tell him to get over himself XD; I think I would have used stronger words, myself, but there ya go. Seriously, Sonic had it coming.
But y'know, the fact that the comics are making it OBVIOUS that Sonic's being tactless and that everyone else has noticed he's being a little too complacent gives me hope that, perhaps, Sonic actually WILL end up apologising after all this is over. Because it's clear that right now he's the only one to not notice that his own attitude is half the reason that his friendship with Tails is falling apart.

But it looks like he might finally have to wake up to the fact that Tails isn't 'worshipping' him anymore :P It's sad to see them fight, though ;_; But I have hope that their relationship will actually be stronger for it in the end ^^
