Maybe this software was written to perform tests on itself on startup or whenever, but in the final release the tests were removed but this message was left as well as the test launch.
Or if you try to launch an antivirus test, maybe the code tries to start it but it is not yet initialized, so the code thinks it does not exist (throw out the word "already" from there).
I've used this program for a couple years and it's never given me that message before. I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation, but it's still a weird message XD;
Sounds like something that belongs on Engrish.com XD.
But seriously, I use AVG Free and I haven't had that error message as of yet. Weird indeed. ^^;; I couldn't stab at what it means... but it's quite funny. *shotshotshot* (Sorry, I ish a bit hyper XD)
