Ahh!! An update!! o.o;

Well, for those who don't already know, I managed to pull off a miracle and get accepted back at college ^^; So it looks like Uni is still a possibility, thanks to my VERY understanding course tutors. And tomorrow, I'm visiting UEL (University of East London). I also have an interview at UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire), but it collided with the Open Day at UEL, plus UCLAN is 5 hours away by train, so I'd have to leave at like 5am, and it'd cost me over £100 for the journey ^^; So I emailed them, asking if it was possible to come for interview on another day, later on in the day. It'd be a looooong way from home, if I went there... I certainly couldn't come back at weekends or anything. It's literally the diagonal length/width of England away. And yeah, it'd probably be good for me to be a bit away from hom ^^; But I'm scaaaaared! UEL is closer... only an hour and a half away, in Essex. It's actually kinda near where my grandparents lived before they passed away. Only not quite as far. Still have to go up through Dartford Tunnel, I think. It's in Dagenham... not the most interesting place, sadly ^^; UCLAN is in a much more lively and fascinating city (it's in Preston, up near Liverpool/Blackpool etc)... buuut... if the UEL campus is nice, I guess that's all that really matters, since I'll be near enough to come home on some weekends and on holidays n.n

I have my new computer o.o But I haven't hooked it up yet. I'm afraaaaid to ^^;; What if I can't get the wireless router to work on it? NO INTERNET!! ;_; ::Gasp:: My life would not be worth living :P ::Hugs teh intarnetz:: ... heh... ^^; Well, I gotta get my room all cleaned up first anyway... and finish transferring all my stuff onto my two 20GB MP3 players (finally, a use for my spare one! XD)... sooo... there's stuffs to be done ^^ Just gotta do it >.>

I'm gonna get me a Fanfiction.net account and start writing again. Writing that little Sontails drabble for sonic_couples was fun, and made me want to write more ^^ I need to seriously start writing an actual fic. A full-length one. I have lots of ideas, I'm just not good at stringing them together ;_; But I'm a writer, and I should write, 'cause that's what writers do, right? Write! Uh... right. XD ::Fall::

In other news... um... I got a subscription to the new Official Nintendo Magazine ^^ I get a free game (out of a choice of 3) with it. I chose Donkey Konga :P Whee. My mom offered to pay for half of the subscription cost, since I'm studying video game design and all... but I'd rather pay for it all myself ^^; It's hardly research material! So yeah. Nintendo magazine. Yay!

And you should most definatley try writing more often, that little drabble was so cute, and I'm sure you'll find it's a brilliant pass time even away from the PC ^^ (mY Fanfiction.net account died 2 years ago when I was 13 ^^;;;;)

Lastly, that's cool you're getting the Nintendo Magazine. Too bad they don't have Nintendo Power over there in the UK but hopefully the coverage of Sonic Riders and other great Nintendo games will deliver on it. Besides, we have the new Zelda to look forward to n.n;;
