I managed not to have a migraine for several months.

Then I got one during the night last night, that lasted all morning.

ARG.

Kinda felt like I was building up to one, these past few days.

Shoulda seen it coming.



I hate migraines. Flickery lights and tunnel-vision and pins-n-needles and not-being-able-to-talk-properly and paaaaain.

Migraines suck, and yes I'm feeling sorry for myself. But I'm going out for a walk and it's sunny and fresh and it'll clear my head and make me feel better, now that the worst part is over :)

I refuse to stay in a funk all day.
