My mom is either a) insane, b) crazy, or c) not of sound mind o.o We are renting an apartment in this:



The Rozel House. Where the view out of the _panoramic octagonal lounge area_ is something like this:



(except from a bit further around the shore and closer to the water).

Yep. We are renting what is probably THE most expensive 2-bedroom apartment in Weston. Not only that, but out of a choice of THREE apartments in that condominium, we are renting THE most expensive one, simply because it has a stunning sea view. It is also an EXTREMELY new and modern property, with private underground parking (no access from the main road, only with a key fob), leather couches in the hallways, and a reputation for being the most up-market and prestigious apartment complex in Weston O.o

We are not rich.

My mom is just insane o.o

It could be 6 months we're there, it could be a year... ^^ We're moving in within two weeks... I can't wait!! ^_^

We don't have to pay a service charge; that's covered by the landlord. We pay rent and council tax, and then the utility bills. That's it. (Still fairly pricey; £850 per month... but it's only short-term 'til we sell our current home and buy an actual house in Weston).

Yep... the interior is huge! My bedroom is more like two rooms... a bedroom and an adjoined doorless study area where my computer will go. Also, I have a sea view from my bedroom window as well as from the lounge area. And the lounge is a huge octagonal room with so much light coming in from the glass patio doors all around the front half, and the kitchen area is secluded behind a frosted glass partition... so awesome ^^

It might be costly, but the apartment definately sounds worth it! Ah, a house of luxury... I'm sure we'll see more of your amazing new house once you've moved in, yes? (At least the pictures would be cheap)
