My diet is pretty good, but I think I'm definitely lacking in exercise. The anxiety tends to put me off going outside... but I have an X-trainer machine which I really should be using daily if I'm not getting out x.x I've basically stopped drinking coffee, since I was noticing it was a trigger for the panic attacks.
My 'safe place' to hide seems to be in the bathroom too, except mine is on the floor between the tub and the sink. As for planning everything, I do that already XD The problem for me is that if anything DOESN'T go exactly to plan, it throws everything off track and makes the anxiety ten times worse. I'm not good with when plans change.
If I was still at Uni I could have asked the counsellors there for help, but that's no longer an option. I don't think there are any community centres around here with free help, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to investigate...
