I tell myself I don't care, but EVERY time I see Fiona show up I get so god damn fucking ANGRY and UPSET and ARGGGHHH and yeah. So, now I'm pleasantly pickled that shouldn't be a problem a'ight?

I really shouldn't care. S'just a comic, right? Fiona isn't even real... yet I want to KILL her, I'm so infuriated by her very presence. It's like some crazy trigger button with me. Lord, why? WHY? Fuck. Piss off, Fiona, okay? I'M FUCKING DONE WITH YOU.

I'm still confused as to why you want to kill Fiona.(Beyond the obvious elements from Archie canon).^_^;; I mean, I can kinda see why, since she's been written as a one-dimensional "evil for the sake of evil" villain ever since Ian retcon-ed her into a traitor, I'm just confused as to what specific thing bugs you about her. Though you don't have to talk about it if it makes you uncomfortable.^_^;;

Personally, I'd be amused if the current Fiona turned out to be another robot, if there was never an organic Fiona, and if it was revealed that "F.I.O.N.A." was just an acronym used to describe a specific line of Robotnik's androids, meant to destroy Tails in the same way Metal Sonic was meant to destroy Sonic.

Fiona Overlord, anyone?

I'm gonna go off and explain my own feelings on the character...I hope this doesn't seem to intrusive of me, but if so, please feel free to let me know.^_^;;

I can't say that I've found much to like about Ian Flynn's interpretation of her. She's over the top evil to the point where she barely even has "bad guy charisma."

My personal interpretation is that she's not "pure evil," though. I do think that her actions are her fault, however, I don't feel that it's her fault that she became evil in the first place. I feel that she's evil because Julian Kintobor threw her in a cell to starve to death, and that event warped her view of the world such that she can no longer trust anyone, thinking that everyone in the world is as nasty as he was, and that she should be just as nasty in return. I feel that her situation is one where the abused became the abuser.

...Which is why I personally dread the thought of the same thing happening to Tails, having been driven by Fiona's abuse to murder, his soul forever scarred by the blood on his hands. I hope an arc like that isn't written, but I guess I'll just need to deal with it if it does.
