Pear-fect harvest! :)

I just spent about 45 minutes up a pear tree harvesting garden pears. CH'YEAH! There is NOTHING quite like standing on the top rung of a shakily held ladder with a hacksaw and your bare hands, wrestling with leaves and branches as you try to bring down the BIGGEST and the BEST, whole branches sawn free and wrestled to the ground bearing the sweet (and literal) fruits of your labour. I may be scratched up, bleeding and exhausted... but DAMN I'm happy.
