Jei and I have been wanting to do this for a while. This weekend we finally got around to buying the stuff we needed (rolling mat, nori, rice vinegar, wasabi paste etc) and today, well... see for yourself!
For a first try, it came out pretty good... Sure, the shapes are a little irregular and squished, but boy did they ever taste GOOD! And yes, that's a plate of banana bread at the back there too which we also made.
Conclusion - took a while but wasn't so hard really (even the inside-out roll which tasted best of all!) and the final results were YUM!
