Well, the British Consulate has Jei's Visa application in full now and has sent her email confirmation that they're (FINALLY) working on it. However, it won't be done for 5 - 10 working days plus 'mailing time'. So, in spite of me staying on for a while, it seems inevitable now that I'll have to come home without her anyway, as my enrolment for Uni classes is on the 28th (Monday). As it is, I won't get home 'til Saturday morning. Then on Sunday my mum is going to drive me the three hours to Bournemouth to the apartment that Jei and I have there. Then Monday it's enrolment and term begins D: WITHOUT JEI. Poop. Ah well. Her classes don't start until October 5th (the following Monday), so as long as she gets there before then, it's all good. I just can't help being a little apprehensive about moving into, and living in, the new apartment all by myself and starting classes immediately without her there.
So yeah, long story short, despite all our efforts to expedite her Visa, I'll be flying back to England without her on Friday night :/ Just gotta hope it won't take TOO much longer before she has that precious slip of paper in her hands and she can join me in the UK in our new home :)
