I would like to take a moment to congratulate myself completely unironically (heh!) on managing to almost slice my little finger off >_> I was just washing up dishes, including rinsing out the can I had soup from, so that it could go in with the recyclables. I couldn't get the inside totally clean so I stupidly decided to use the dish sponge to reach inside and clean it better. Reached in and twisted my hand around, then got a sudden sharp pain and instantly knew. I'd sliced myself D: And it started bleeding. And wouldn't stop ^^; So I was running around trying to find the plasters, rifling through boxes one-handed whilst sucking my finger and tasting lovely metallic blooood. Then I finally had the presence of mind to grab a tissue and stem the flow that way. Finally found a single rather large plaster and slapped it on, which the cut is trying its very bestest to bleed through :D*
I'm not normally this stupid/clumsy by the way.**
*It's a slow day, so you get a post about the highlight of it so far.
