You are so freakin' lucky. Paypal are notoriously sleazy when it comes to actually not hoarding the money that goes astray in transactions like this. (I should know; I almost lost a few grand to them a while back.)

So glad stuff came through for you. Hopefully, as andysquirrel said, they're finally getting better on the customer relations front.

It wasn't easy. They said that they would have it resolved within ten days, and it took nearer twenty, but at least I got it back ^^; I was calling them every couple of days and almost ended up having to cancel my bank account debit card in order to try to recoup the money that way. But yes, I'm incredibly fortunate and just so glad that I got my money back!!
