Sky Captain!

I'd just like to say that Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow owns my soul. I've seen it before, but I caught the last hour or so of it again tonight and I'm in love all over again.

Joe's plane = win.
Franky (and her British fleet) = win.
Joe and Dex = win win*
Polly = ... lose.
Futuristic 1930s = win.
Did I mention Joe's plane = WIN

*(they get extra win for one of them being a cocky hotshot hero and one of them being a tech-genius whizz-kid)

I need to get this on video/DVD. Now. ;_;

Sky Captain & The World of Tomorrow is one of my favorite movies ever. It stars Jude Law, Angelia Jolie, and some others... I forget. It's a sci-fi, set in a futuristic version of the 1930s. It's an action movie, but it has elements of comedy and romance too. Me? I like it 'cause it has cool airplanes and a big rocket :P

I've not seen this yet. I tried to watch it when it premiered on Sky but two minutes before it started we had a power outage! Will get round to it though :) Gotta like it - it's got planes in it!!!! :D
