Heh... I dug out my old Digimon mp3s, particularly the small handful of Ken's image songs (Hontou no Tsuyosa, Daisuke to Ken no Kaimono Carol, and Only One), and got listening to them. I LOVE 'Only One'. The whole thing is great, but Kaiser Ken's wicked laugh at the end is just awesome ^^; Man, I forgot how awesome Ken is. I mostly just liked him as regular Ken, but Kaiser Ken (aka the Digimon Emperor) was pretty damn kickass also XD I forgot how much I like Ken. Now I feel like I should find a torrent of the 02 season and watch them all again. I also quite liked Daisuke (Davis), and I've gotta confess I paired Ken and Daisuke together (DaiKen) n.n; I never really liked Miyako (Yolei) or Kari... oh well.
Aaaanyway! I had that second interview for PC World on Friday. I think it went pretty well! But now I've just gotta wait. I'm not going to get my hopes up; it's very possible, even likely, that people with a lot more sales experience than me will have applied, and of course they'll have the edge over me. But at least I can feel confident that I did the best I could.
I went down to Glastonbury yesterday. Anyone who's been before (I've been once before) knows that it's certainly got character! I mean, sure, it's ENTIRELY tourist-oriented... but hey! What's NOT to like about a place where all the shops have names like "The Mists of Avalon", "The Goddess and the Green Giant" and "The Psychic Piglet" (I kid you not!). They also have a WHOLE bunch of vegetarian cafés/restaurants, and the food is actually pretty good! And of course, there's the famed Abbey ruins where Arthur and Guinevere were (supposedly) entombed. The ruins are in fact spectacularly beautiful, even now. Not much remains, but the fragments of wall that are still standing show such intricate care and design... you can almost imagine it how it was all those centuries ago, before fire, violence and years upon years of weathering crumbled those magnificent archways and halls to what they are now. The museum is fascinating also, with relics dating back up to 1,000 years, maybe more. Touching a 12th century wooden door and marvelling at the fact that people had handcrafted it and used it on a daily basis as they went about their everyday lives is something that makes me feel awed. Glastonbury Abbey is DEFINITELY worth a visit if you're ever in the South-West.
Fox was a BAD cat last night ;_; He brought in a mole. The poor thing was still alive, but before I could take it outside again it died, either from shock, I guess, or internal injuries... gah, it was so cute! Foxie is a bad BAD boy >/
A minor sidenote: I finally quit TTR yesterday. Basically, I just about had enough. So I signed into the admin console and deleted myself :P HURRAH! I dunno what the hell I was doing on a practically dead Tails fan-board anyway X_x =SSMB= is a million times better. I guess TTR was a cool place when the whole MF thing went up in flames... but... I'm much more at home on a Sonic fan-board, especially a nice big one like =SSMB=. TTR was newbie-infested :\ I'm sorry, but when the best topic consists basically of "TAILS AND CREAM 4EVA!!", you know you've got a problem x.o (::Smacks the Taiream people with Sontails.com XD::). Seriously though... there's nothing worth going there for anymore, and after a recent disagreement with my co-admins (which I'm still rather pissed over), it's just not worth the hassle. If they think they can save it, good for them. I'm just glad I got out at last. (I still can't believe I'm a Global Mod on =SSMB= ^^; Whoa.)
Well, that's it for now! See ya later! :)

And yay for quitting TTR... x.x; I never go there anymore. Horrible staff and horrible members. n.n; SSMB is so much better, though it has its fair share of retardedness.

And yes XD =SSMB= still has it's share of annoying fanboys and immature brats. But it's WAY better than TTR ^^;

Date: 2007-07-09 08:00 am (UTC)>_< poor mole. Lucky I don't have a cat (Anymore) so it can't do that.
Sorry to see you leave TTR. But still, thats your choice. I know what it's like working on an almost dead forum (But TTR is more alive then mine >_<). Me and my Co-Admins have been working to bring it back to life but when people join they don't post. And good luck with your new forum anyway. Still, I wouldn't leave my forum (Or TTR) because then I would have no where else to go. Also I like small boards better because I had a VERY bad thing happen to me their and so I made a rule to NEVER join a forum with more then 1000 members (Thinking of changing it to 900) And if a forum gets bigger then I eather A: Leave or B: Don't go on.
